Mr. Anderson is the managing partner and President of Edwards, Klein, Anderson, Shope & Walters, LLC, focusing his practice in the areas of corporate and business law, estate planning and probate administration as well as federal taxation.  Mr. Anderson has previous experience as an assistant to the Ohio Attorney General’s Office in addition to prior private practice.  Mr. Anderson is licensed to practice law in all courts in the states of Kentucky, Ohio and West Virginia, in addition to the U.S. Tax Court, and the Southern District Court of West Virginia, Fourth Circuit.  Mr. Anderson is a member of the Kentucky, Ohio and West Virginia Bar Associations in addition to being on the Trust and Probate Committee for the State of Ohio, and the Probate Committee for the State of West Virginia, as well as being on the Greater Huntington Estate Planning Council, and is a frequent speaker on the subject of estate planning.  Mr. Anderson has served twice as the Chairman of the Board for the Foundation for the Tri-State Community, has previously served on the Chesapeake, Ohio, School Board by judicial appointment, and is currently the vice-president of the Lawrence County, Ohio Department of Health.
